堆積狀態(tài)下木粉最低著火溫度的實驗研究

【摘要】:為了評價堆積狀態(tài)下木粉的危險性,利用粉塵層最低著火溫度測試裝置,研究加熱板溫度,以及堆積厚度對木粉塵層最低著火溫度的影響。測試結(jié)果表明:熱表面作用下,加熱板溫度越高木粉層越容易發(fā)生燃燒,得到堆積厚度為15 mm時的木粉最低著火溫度為290℃。木粉塵層最低著火溫度隨堆積厚度的增大而降低,當金屬環(huán)高度≥15 mm時,木粉塵層最低著火溫度保持不變。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the risk of wood powder under stacking condition, the influence of heating plate temperature and stack thickness on the minimum ignition temperature of wood dust layer was studied by means of the minimum ignition temperature of dust layer.
