【摘要】：為減少氨氣泄漏造成的環(huán)境污染、人員傷害及財產(chǎn)損失,將智能水幕防護系統(tǒng)用于氨氣泄漏事故處理。介紹系統(tǒng)的工作原理及設(shè)計方案,分析主要部件的功能,包括氨氣報警控制器、智能化事故視頻監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)和水霧幕防護系統(tǒng),并試驗測試系統(tǒng)的防護性能。結(jié)果表明,該智能水霧幕防護系統(tǒng)能夠有效凈化氨氣,凈化效率高于普通噴淋系統(tǒng),且可有效防止氨氣擴散蔓延,降低氨氣爆炸的風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the environmental pollution, personnel injury and property loss caused by ammonia leakage, the intelligent water curtain protection system is used to deal with ammonia leakage accident. This paper introduces the working principle and design scheme of the system, analyzes the functions of the main components, including the ammonia alarm controller, the intelligent accident video surveillance system and the water mist screen protection system, and tests the protective performance of the system. The results show that the intelligent water mist curtain protection system can effectively purify ammonia gas, and the purification efficiency is higher than that of common spray system, and it can effectively prevent the spread of ammonia gas diffusion and reduce the risk of ammonia explosion.
