補(bǔ)連塔煤礦22307工作面疏放水期間火災(zāi)防治技術(shù)

【摘要】:補(bǔ)連塔煤礦22307工作面上覆12煤采空區(qū)存在沿工作面走向長(zhǎng)度約553 m的房采區(qū)域,淺埋藏煤層地質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)導(dǎo)致房采區(qū)內(nèi)有大量的積水,利用油浴程序升溫實(shí)驗(yàn),通過(guò)對(duì)氧化升溫過(guò)程中不同水分含量條件下的氧氣消耗率進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,得出遺煤經(jīng)水浸泡疏干后氧化反應(yīng)速度更快,自燃危險(xiǎn)性更大,疏放水期間及時(shí)利用原探放水孔對(duì)上覆12煤房采區(qū)進(jìn)行注氮惰化,施工地面鉆孔對(duì)上覆房空區(qū)進(jìn)行預(yù)防性注漿,確保了22307工作面安全回采。
[Abstract]:There exists a roof mining area with a length of about 553m along the working face direction in the top 12 coal goaf of 22307 face in Bulianta Coal Mine. The geological structure of shallow buried coal seam leads to a large amount of water in the building mining area. The experiment of heating up temperature by using oil bath program is carried out. Through the comparison and analysis of oxygen consumption rate under different moisture content in the process of oxidation and heating, it is concluded that the oxidation reaction speed of residual coal is faster and the danger of spontaneous combustion is greater after soaking and drying in water. During the period of water thinning, nitrogen inert is injected into the mining area of the coal house No. 12 by using the original exploration hole, and preventive grouting is carried out on the empty area of the overlying building by drilling holes on the ground, which ensures the safe mining of 22307 working face.
