事故下降背景下山西某地方煤礦事故分析及防治對策研究

【摘要】:為研究山西某地方煤礦事故的發(fā)生規(guī)律,應(yīng)用SPSS軟件和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計方法,從事故等級、傷害程度、事故類型、傷亡人員工種、年齡、工齡和時間方面綜合分析了94起煤礦事故;結(jié)果表明:頂板事故、機電事故和運輸事故是煤礦生產(chǎn)安全工作的重點;年齡在45歲以下、1~10年工齡的員工傷亡人數(shù)最多;每年的6、7、8、9月和每天的0:00-0:59、1:00-1:59、16:00-16:59事故發(fā)生次數(shù)多。通過分析原因得出該煤礦需要加強對一般事故的管理,煤礦應(yīng)根據(jù)本單位安全生產(chǎn)實際有針對性地加強頂板事故、機電事故和運輸事故防范,針對特定人群和特定時間的安全監(jiān)管力度,對員工進行定期培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the occurrence law of coal mine accidents in a certain place in Shanxi province, 94 coal mine accidents were analyzed synthetically from the aspects of accident grade, injury degree, accident type, casualty type, age, length of service and time by using SPSS software and mathematical statistics method. The results show that roof accidents, electromechanical accidents and transportation accidents are the key points of coal mine production safety work, and the number of casualties of workers under 45 years of age and 1 ~ 10 years of service is the most. In September and every day, at 0: 00-0: 59, 1: 00-1: 59, 1: 00-1: 59: 00-16: 59, the number of accidents occurs more often. Through the analysis of the reasons, it is concluded that the coal mine needs to strengthen the management of general accidents, and the coal mines should strengthen the prevention of roof accidents, mechanical and electrical accidents and transportation accidents according to the actual safety production of their units. Conduct regular training for staff for specific groups of people and safety supervision at specific times.
