多因素耦合的加工車間關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素定量分析

【摘要】:為了準(zhǔn)確分析加工車間關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,考慮多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子交互影響的情境,提出了一種基于模糊決策實(shí)驗(yàn)室分析法的加工車間關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素定量分析方法。首先,從人員、設(shè)備、環(huán)境、物料和管理因素等5個(gè)維度辨識(shí)加工車間風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素并建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素集;基于此,采用三角模糊數(shù)對(duì)專家判斷語義進(jìn)行表征,然后運(yùn)用DEMATEL法計(jì)算多因素耦合下的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)重要度,從而確定加工車間的關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素。最后,以安徽省某機(jī)械加工車間為例,說明所提出方法的應(yīng)用過程。結(jié)果表明,加強(qiáng)對(duì)安全制度和安全文化建設(shè)等關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的控制,有助于加工車間的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制,改善車間生產(chǎn)安全。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately analyze the key risk factors in processing workshop, a quantitative analysis method of key risk factors in processing workshop based on fuzzy decision laboratory analysis was proposed, considering the situation of interaction of multiple risk factors. Firstly, the risk factors of processing workshop are identified and the set of risk factors is established from five dimensions: personnel, equipment, environment, material and management. Based on this, the expert judgment semantics is represented by triangular fuzzy number, and then the risk importance degree under the coupling of multiple factors is calculated by using DEMATEL method, and the key risk factors in the machining workshop are determined. Finally, taking a machining workshop in Anhui Province as an example, the application process of the proposed method is explained. The results show that strengthening the control of key risk factors, such as safety system and safety culture construction, is helpful to the risk control of the processing workshop and the improvement of the production safety of the workshop.
