模擬礦井環(huán)境下蓄冰車制冷時效研究

【摘要】:對蓄冰車在礦井中的放冷時間和放冷效果及其可行性進(jìn)行研究;谛畋虻男畋-融冰原理,將礦車通過設(shè)置內(nèi)襯、保溫層等結(jié)構(gòu)改造成蓄冰車,在地下防空洞進(jìn)行三組蓄冰車蓄冰-融冰循環(huán)試驗(yàn),測試蓄冰車在模擬礦井環(huán)境下蓄冰時間和融冰放冷效果。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,蓄冰車蓄滿時間5.5~6h;在無旁通和加熱,乙二醇泵滿載運(yùn)行工況下,防空洞溫度在3h內(nèi)可下降至26℃,持續(xù)時間較短;在持續(xù)熱負(fù)荷、溫度不超過26℃狀態(tài)下,制冷時間3.5~4h,防空洞內(nèi)降溫效果明顯。說明蓄冰車用于高溫礦井降溫是可行的。
[Abstract]:The release time, cooling effect and feasibility of ice storage vehicle in mine are studied. Based on the principle of ice storage and melting ice storage of ice ball, the mining car was transformed into ice storage vehicle by setting lining and insulation layer, and three groups of ice storage and melting ice cycling tests of ice storage vehicle were carried out in underground air-raid shelter. The ice storage time and cooling effect of melting ice in simulated mine environment were tested. The test results show that the storage time of ice storage vehicle is 5.5 鈩,
