鎂鋁混合粉粉塵最低著火溫度實驗

【摘要】:為了研究鎂鋁混合粉中鋁粉質量百分數(shù)對最低著火溫度的影響,利用HY16429型粉塵云引燃溫度試驗裝置和HY16430粉塵層最低著火溫度實驗裝置測定鎂鋁混合粉的最低著火溫度。研究結果表明:鎂粉粒徑為1~10 mm,鋁粉粒徑為200~300目,在粉塵質量0.5 g,噴塵壓力60 k Pa條件下,鎂粉塵云最低著火溫度為575℃,鎂粉塵層最低著火溫度為300℃;鋁粉塵云在1 000℃未著火,鋁粉粉塵層最低著火溫度為470℃;鎂鋁混合粉塵云最低著火溫度比粉塵層最低著火溫度高,粉塵層狀態(tài)比粉塵云狀態(tài)更容易著火。鎂鋁混合粉最低著火溫度隨著鋁粉質量百分數(shù)的增加而升高。
