四通道寬頻發(fā)射機(jī)系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著高科技的快速發(fā)展,各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的工作效率在不斷提高,與此同時(shí)煤礦的開采技術(shù)和開采效率也在不斷進(jìn)步和提高,然而煤礦突水及瓦斯安全等突發(fā)性事故仍時(shí)有發(fā)生。針對(duì)煤層周邊地質(zhì)情況復(fù)雜,煤礦安全事故較多等問題,該論文設(shè)計(jì)了一種能夠提前探測(cè)煤層中的水和氣體的無線發(fā)射系統(tǒng)。本文研究的是四通道寬頻發(fā)射機(jī)系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)主要由信號(hào)發(fā)生器模塊、功率放大器模塊以及天線模塊等組成。信號(hào)發(fā)生器是利用當(dāng)前比較流行的FPGA設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn),在QuartusⅡ13.1開發(fā)環(huán)境下,通過編寫Verilog硬件描述語言,智能、快速的產(chǎn)生需要的高頻信號(hào),最后編寫測(cè)試文件調(diào)用ModelSim對(duì)產(chǎn)生的信號(hào)進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證;功率放大器則根據(jù)前后信號(hào)功率需求,采用的是PHILIPS公司的高頻功率晶體管BLF404,用Altium Designer軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)晶體管外圍電路及PCB設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)晶體管進(jìn)行ADS仿真;天線部分則采用的是適合無線探測(cè)的微帶天線,綜合考慮最終采用的是半波長(zhǎng)雙頻的微帶貼片天線,用HFSS對(duì)天線進(jìn)行仿真優(yōu)化,制作實(shí)物天線。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)主要由FPGA產(chǎn)生四路高頻脈沖信號(hào),分別通過功率放大器后,經(jīng)天線將高頻信號(hào)饋入地下,由此完成發(fā)射功能。利用多通道、多頻點(diǎn)技術(shù)的特點(diǎn),可以探測(cè)地下介質(zhì)的種類及分布結(jié)構(gòu)情況,這對(duì)在煤礦開采過程中提前了解煤層周圍情況,降低煤礦安全事故有一定的實(shí)際意義。對(duì)于該系統(tǒng),本文將各個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的分析與仿真。結(jié)果表明,四通道寬頻發(fā)射機(jī)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)是可實(shí)現(xiàn)的,它可以對(duì)煤層中的水、氣體進(jìn)行檢測(cè),對(duì)無線超前探測(cè)技術(shù)的研究應(yīng)用起到了推廣作用。
