【摘要】：正陜西省將探索建立適應(yīng)該省民營企業(yè)特點的安全監(jiān)管體制機(jī)制,推進(jìn)安全監(jiān)管職能與民營企業(yè)需求的有效銜接。陜西省安監(jiān)局要求,進(jìn)一步完善行政審批項目和公共服務(wù)事項的辦事指南、示范文本和審批流程,優(yōu)化辦事流程,最大限度地做到環(huán)節(jié)最少、程序最簡、時限最短。嚴(yán)格按照審批流程規(guī)定時限辦結(jié),嚴(yán)禁無故拖延,人為設(shè)卡。積極開展民營企業(yè)安全現(xiàn)狀評估,按照民營企業(yè)安全基礎(chǔ)和管理狀況進(jìn)行分類排隊,實施分類監(jiān)管,分別確定為
