【摘要】：基于中低收入國家,該指南提出了降低手術(shù)部位感染(SSI)發(fā)生率的適宜措施。依據(jù)循證醫(yī)學(xué),該指南第4.23節(jié)建議層流通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)不應(yīng)用于降低接受全關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)手術(shù)的患者的SSI風(fēng)險。就此建議,評述了其背景、依據(jù)、研究方法,提出了看法。
[Abstract]:Based on low- and middle-income countries, the guidelines suggest appropriate measures to reduce the incidence of (SSI) infection at surgical sites. Based on evidence-based medicine, section 4.23 of the guidelines recommends that laminar ventilation systems should not be used to reduce the risk of SSI in patients undergoing total arthroplasty. In this paper, the background, basis, research methods and opinions are discussed.
