汽車火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場接觸不良痕跡特征的研究

【摘要】:基于實際汽車火災(zāi)案例調(diào)查,通過痕跡特征分析、現(xiàn)場痕跡物證的理化性質(zhì)分析,并結(jié)合車輛構(gòu)造的特點,分析汽車電氣部件接觸不良故障起火的引燃規(guī)律和痕跡特征,歸納因接觸不良起火的汽車火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場勘驗、物證提取和鑒定技術(shù)。結(jié)果表明:接觸不良故障屬于微小火源,火災(zāi)發(fā)生后形成從接觸不良點向四周蔓延的燃燒蔓延痕跡;接觸不良故障通常發(fā)生在電氣件連接處,故障持續(xù)進行可導(dǎo)致電氣連接件過熱并引發(fā)火災(zāi);電氣連接件出現(xiàn)接觸不良故障后,接觸部位形成電熱熔痕;應(yīng)用SEM和EDS分析,能夠鑒定電氣連接件的接觸不良熔痕。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of actual automobile fire cases, through the analysis of trace characteristics, the physical and chemical properties of the physical and chemical evidence of traces on the spot, and the characteristics of vehicle construction, the ignition law and trace characteristics of the faulty contact faults of automobile electrical parts are analyzed. Induces the spot inspection, material evidence extraction and identification technology of automobile fire caused by poor contact. The results show that the contact malfunction belongs to the tiny fire source, and after the fire occurs, the burning spread trace from the bad contact point to the surrounding area is formed. Contact malfunction usually occurs at the joint of electrical parts, which can cause overheating and fire of electrical joints. SEM and EDS analysis can be used to identify the contact defects of electrical joints.
