工作場所空氣中仲丁醇的毛細管氣相色譜測定法

【摘要】:目的建立工作場所空氣中仲丁醇的氣相色譜測定法。方法用活性炭采樣管采集工作場所空氣中仲丁醇,以含1%異丙醇的二硫化碳解吸后進樣,經(jīng)毛細管色譜柱分離,氫焰離子化檢測器檢測,以保留時間定性、峰面積定量。結(jié)果仲丁醇在101.2~1 620.0μg/ml范圍內(nèi)呈線性關系,相關系數(shù)為1.000 0;方法的檢出限為3.0μg/ml,定量下限為10.0μg/ml;在采樣體積為1.5 L、解吸液體積為1.0 ml的條件下,方法的最低檢出濃度為2.0 mg/m~3,最低定量濃度為6.7 mg/m~3。不同濃度仲丁醇的相對標準偏差(RSD)為2.79%~4.76%,加標回收率為96.5%~97.4%。結(jié)論該方法靈敏度高,精密度好,準確度好,適用于工作場所空氣中仲丁醇的測定。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of sec-butanol in workplace air. Methods Para-butanol in workplace air was collected by activated carbon sampling tube, then desorbed by carbon disulfide containing 1% isopropyl alcohol. The sample was separated by capillary chromatography and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. The retention time and peak area were determined qualitatively and quantitatively. Results the linear range of para-butanol was 101.2 渭 g/ml, the correlation coefficient was 1.000, the detection limit of the method was 3.0 渭 g / ml and the limit of quantification was 10.0 渭 g / ml. Under the condition that the sample volume is 1.5 L and the desorption volume is 1.0 ml, the lowest detection concentration is 2.0 mg/m~3, and the lowest quantitative concentration is 6.7 mg/m~3.. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of para-butanol with different concentrations was 2.79 and 4.76.The recovery of the added standard was 96.5g / 97.4. Conclusion this method has high sensitivity, good precision and good accuracy. It is suitable for the determination of sec-butanol in workplace air.
