【摘要】：本文對輪胎全壽命管理系統(tǒng)在煤礦中的應用做出研究,針對現有國產輪胎技術水平的限制,將巨型輪胎安全管理中存在的問題進行分析;為解決問題提出最佳的解決方案;通過對輪胎現場使用情況的統(tǒng)計分析,與輪胎全壽命管理系統(tǒng)對輪胎使用過程中動態(tài)溫度、壓強、運行速度、路面情況、卡車超載等實時監(jiān)測的功能進行系統(tǒng)分析對比,得出最佳的輪胎管理方案。輪胎全壽命管理系統(tǒng)的使用不但能有效提高輪胎的使用壽命、降低燃油損耗,對行車安全更是意義非凡,經過一年的試用神華北電勝利能源露天礦山未發(fā)生爆胎事故。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the application of tire life management system in coal mine is studied. Aiming at the limitation of existing domestic tire technology level, the problems existing in giant tire safety management are analyzed, and the best solution to the problem is put forward. Through the statistical analysis of tire field usage, this paper makes a systematic analysis and comparison with the tire life management system for the real-time monitoring functions such as dynamic temperature, pressure, running speed, road condition, truck overload and so on, in the process of tire use, such as dynamic temperature, pressure, running speed, road condition, truck overload and so on. Get the best tire management plan. The use of tire life management system not only can effectively improve the service life of tires and reduce fuel loss, but also has a special significance for driving safety. After one year of trial, there has been no tire explosion in Shenhua Beidian Shengli energy open pit mine.
