礦山動(dòng)力災(zāi)害發(fā)生機(jī)理與防治策略

【摘要】:以動(dòng)力災(zāi)害發(fā)生機(jī)理分析與針對(duì)性防治為目標(biāo),提出了一種詮釋動(dòng)力災(zāi)害發(fā)生的機(jī)理。分析表明:動(dòng)力災(zāi)害的發(fā)生可從3個(gè)層次來考慮:壓力源頭、傳導(dǎo)路徑、釋放終端。為此提出"消除源頭、弱化傳導(dǎo)、加強(qiáng)終端"的動(dòng)力災(zāi)害防治理念:摸清壓力源頭是有的放矢的首要條件;合理有效的軟化煤巖體措施可降低或消除動(dòng)力災(zāi)害對(duì)釋放終端的影響;明確實(shí)施"消除源頭、弱化傳導(dǎo)、加強(qiáng)終端"的準(zhǔn)確時(shí)機(jī),及早"加強(qiáng)終端"的支護(hù)強(qiáng)度。該防治策略可分階段進(jìn)行防治措施的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施,也可以采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì),且在模塊間具有替代化實(shí)施的特征。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the analysis of the mechanism of dynamic disaster and its prevention and control, this paper puts forward a mechanism to explain the occurrence of dynamic disaster. The analysis shows that the occurrence of dynamic disaster can be considered from three levels: pressure source, conduction path and release terminal. Therefore, the idea of "eliminating the source, weakening the conduction and strengthening the terminal" is put forward: finding out the source of the pressure is the first condition to be targeted; Reasonable and effective measures to soften coal and rock mass can reduce or eliminate the influence of dynamic disaster on the release terminal, clearly implement the accurate time of "eliminating the source, weakening the conduction and strengthening the terminal", and strengthen the support intensity of the terminal as early as possible. The control strategy can be designed and implemented in stages, or modular design can be adopted, and it has the characteristics of substitute implementation among modules.
