充填抑爆材料油箱的烤燃性能

【摘要】:為研究烤燃對不填充和填充球形抑爆材料燃油箱的破壞效應(yīng),正確評估抑爆球的阻燃抑爆效果,模擬車輛、飛機(jī)的燃油箱受到炙烤的場景,對盛裝-10號柴油(-10PD)、噴氣燃料(RP-5)的油箱進(jìn)行烤燃實驗,并采用攝像機(jī)、高速照相機(jī)、紅外熱成像儀和熱通量計等分別記錄和測量了油箱的烤燃過程及其產(chǎn)生的噴射火球尺寸、表面溫度和熱輻射參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:油箱在烤燃過程中將產(chǎn)生噴射火,甚至發(fā)生蒸氣云爆炸,其破壞效應(yīng)主要表現(xiàn)為噴射火球的熱效應(yīng)。對于填充抑爆球的-10PD、RP-5油箱,其油料受熱初始燃燒的時間分別延遲了48 s和121 s,噴射火球的最大截面積分別減小了65.72%、42.44%,表面最高溫度分別減小了26.13%、12.66%,其熱通量傷害后果也明顯減小。
[Abstract]:In order to study the damage effect of roasting on unfilled and filled spherical fuel tank, correctly evaluate the flame retardancy and explosion suppression effect of explosion suppression ball, simulate the vehicle, the fuel tank of aircraft was scorched, and filled with-10 diesel oil (- 10PD), The roasting experiment of jet fuel (RP-5) fuel tank was carried out, and the baking process and the size of the injection fireball were recorded and measured by the camera, high-speed camera, infrared thermal imager and heat flux meter respectively. Surface temperature and thermal radiation parameters. The results show that the fuel tank will produce jet fire and even vapor cloud explosion in the process of baking and burning. The main damage effect of the fuel tank is the thermal effect of the jet fireball. For -10PDN RP-5 fuel tank filled with explosion suppression ball, the initial combustion time of oil was delayed by 48 s and 121 s, respectively, and the maximum cross section area of injection fireball was reduced by 65.72% and 42.44 s, respectively. The maximum surface temperature was reduced by 26.13 and 12.66, respectively, and the heat flux injury effect was also significantly reduced.
