煤粒瓦斯變壓解吸規(guī)律的實(shí)驗研究

【摘要】:為研究煤粒在變壓環(huán)境下的瓦斯解吸規(guī)律,設(shè)計了恒溫變壓動態(tài)瓦斯解吸實(shí)驗系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行了不同粒徑煤樣在不同初始瓦斯壓力下的瓦斯變壓解吸實(shí)驗。得到了不同實(shí)驗條件下的累積瓦斯解吸量隨時間的變化關(guān)系,建立了變壓壞境下煤粒瓦斯解吸量隨時間變化的數(shù)學(xué)模型。實(shí)驗結(jié)果表明:煤粒瓦斯累積解吸量的倒數(shù)與時間函數(shù)(f(t)=1/tn,0n≤1)呈線性關(guān)系;煤粒內(nèi)初始瓦斯壓力越高,最大累積瓦斯解吸量越大;煤粒最大瓦斯解吸量與其粒度無明顯相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the law of gas desorption of coal particles under variable pressure environment, a dynamic gas desorption experiment system with constant temperature and pressure was designed, and the gas pressure desorption experiments of coal samples with different particle sizes under different initial gas pressure were carried out. The relationship between cumulative gas desorption amount and time under different experimental conditions is obtained, and the mathematical model of coal particle gas desorption with time under variable pressure bad condition is established.
