基于粗糙集-突變理論評(píng)價(jià)專用線風(fēng)險(xiǎn)

【摘要】:為保障鐵路危險(xiǎn)貨物專用線安全運(yùn)行,利用基于粗糙集-突變理論的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)鐵路危險(xiǎn)貨物專用線進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析。在構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系基礎(chǔ)上,利用粗糙集方法計(jì)算指標(biāo)權(quán)重,再用突變?cè)u(píng)價(jià)法逐級(jí)計(jì)算,得到系統(tǒng)最終突變值,以突變值反映系統(tǒng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的相對(duì)高低;诒本╄F路局管內(nèi)10條危險(xiǎn)貨物專用線綜合分析報(bào)告內(nèi)容,利用該評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)這10條專用線進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)。實(shí)例分析表明,綜合分析報(bào)告所描述的問(wèn)題較多的專用線,其突變值也較低,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相對(duì)較高,評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果基本符合實(shí)際情況。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the safe operation of the railway dangerous goods private line, the risk evaluation method based on rough set and catastrophe theory is used to analyze the risk of the railway dangerous goods private line. On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of the system, the index weight is calculated by rough set method, and then calculated step by the catastrophe evaluation method, and the final catastrophe value of the system is obtained, which reflects the relative level of the system risk. Based on the comprehensive analysis report of 10 dangerous goods special lines in Beijing Railway Administration, the risk assessment of these 10 special lines is carried out by using the evaluation method. The analysis of examples shows that the special line with more problems described in the comprehensive analysis report has lower mutation value and higher risk, and the evaluation results are basically in line with the actual situation.
