間距對上保護(hù)層開采保護(hù)效果影響的相似模擬實驗研究

【摘要】:為研究上保護(hù)層開采保護(hù)效果隨層間距的變化規(guī)律,以南桐礦區(qū)作為實驗背景,保持保護(hù)層傾向工作面開挖長度、煤層埋深、傾角、巖層物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)相同,將層間多層巖層處理為復(fù)合巖層,分別進(jìn)行近距離、遠(yuǎn)距離和超遠(yuǎn)距離上保護(hù)層開采相似模擬實驗。綜合分析被保護(hù)層卸壓規(guī)律及基于被保護(hù)層垂直于層面的膨脹變形保護(hù)準(zhǔn)則所得保護(hù)范圍可知:上保護(hù)層開采被保護(hù)層卸壓曲線呈"凸形",且"凸形"中心線偏向下山方向。隨層間距增加,"凸形"底部被保護(hù)層小于原巖應(yīng)力的卸壓范圍與"凸形"頂部卸壓曲線頂部較大卸壓的范圍均呈減小趨勢;兩者中心位置均向下山方向轉(zhuǎn)移,且后者轉(zhuǎn)移度大于前者;被保護(hù)層卸壓曲線中卸壓范圍的卸壓程度及應(yīng)力集中范圍的應(yīng)力集中程度均呈減弱趨勢;以垂直層面的膨脹變形量3‰確定的上下邊界膨脹變形保護(hù)角均小于《防治煤與瓦斯突出規(guī)定》中相應(yīng)條件的卸壓角,因此以該方法確定的保護(hù)范圍相對《防治煤與瓦斯突出規(guī)定》偏于安全,且隨層間距增加保護(hù)范圍長度呈加速減小趨勢。
[Abstract]:In order to study the variation of the protective effect of the upper protective layer with the interval between the layers, taking Nantong mining area as the experimental background, the length of the protective layer inclined to the working face, the depth of the coal seam, the inclination of the coal seam, and the physical and mechanical properties of the strata are kept the same. The interlayer multi-layer strata are treated as composite strata, and the simulation experiments are carried out for the exploitation of protective strata in short distance, long distance and over long distance respectively. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the pressure relief law of the protected layer and the protection range based on the expansion deformation protection criterion of the protected layer perpendicular to the layer, it can be seen that the relief curve of the protected layer in the mining of the upper protective layer is "convex", and the "convex" centerline is inclined to the downhill direction. With the increase of the interval between layers, the pressure relief range of the "convex" bottom protected layer is smaller than that of the original rock stress, and the larger pressure relief range at the top of the "convex" top pressure relief curve shows a decreasing trend. Both of them are moving downhill, and the latter is larger than the former, and the pressure relief range and the stress concentration of the stress concentration range in the pressure relief curve of the protected layer tend to weaken.
