【摘要】：正中國安全生產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院時訓(xùn)先同志參加了2017年度北極黃河站考察活動,目前已經(jīng)圓滿完成現(xiàn)場調(diào)研任務(wù)返回國內(nèi)。此次科考活動目的主要是通過調(diào)研分析中國北極黃河站考察活動作業(yè)安全管理現(xiàn)狀,為實(shí)現(xiàn)北極黃河站科學(xué)考察活動作業(yè)安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,提升中國極地考察安全管理水平提供重要技術(shù)支撐�？疾炱陂g,先后與黃河站有關(guān)管理人員及科考隊(duì)員進(jìn)行座談并查閱有關(guān)資料,了解新奧爾松及黃河站基本現(xiàn)狀,包括北極黃河站科考活動安全
[Abstract]:Comrade of the Chinese Academy of Safety in production has participated in the investigation activity of the Yellow River Station in the Arctic in 2017 and has successfully completed the field investigation mission and returned to the country at present. The purpose of this scientific activity is mainly to analyze the present situation of operation safety management of the investigation activities of the Yellow River station in the Arctic of China through investigation and analysis, in order to realize the standardization of the operation safety of the scientific inspection activities of the stations of the Yellow River in the Arctic. Improving the level of safety management in polar exploration in China provides important technical support. During the inspection period, we have had discussions with the relevant management personnel and the scientific members of the Yellow River Station and consulted the relevant information to understand the basic situation of the New Olsson and the Yellow River Station, including the safety of the scientific activities of the Arctic Yellow River Station.
