【摘要】：為解決因諸災(zāi)害間相互作用導(dǎo)致房屋多災(zāi)種脆弱性評(píng)估較難實(shí)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,提出一種基于修正的Papathoma海嘯脆弱性評(píng)估(PTVA)模型的多災(zāi)種耦合物理脆弱性評(píng)估方法。首先根據(jù)不同災(zāi)種影響下承災(zāi)體脆弱性指標(biāo)的差異性,構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系;然后運(yùn)用修正的PTVA模型,計(jì)算單災(zāi)種初始脆弱性指數(shù)和耦合后的脆弱性指數(shù),經(jīng)綜合計(jì)算后,得到2個(gè)綜合脆弱性指數(shù);最后以福建某市典型區(qū)域?yàn)槔M(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究表明:該方法在多災(zāi)種耦合物理脆弱性評(píng)估中具有可行性,提高了評(píng)估的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the multi-hazard vulnerability assessment is difficult to achieve due to the interaction between various disasters, a multi-disaster coupled physical vulnerability assessment method based on modified Papathoma tsunami vulnerability assessment (PTVA) model is proposed. The index system is constructed according to the difference of vulnerability index of disaster bearing body under the influence of different disasters, and then the initial vulnerability index and the coupled vulnerability index of single disaster are calculated by using the modified PTVA model. Two comprehensive vulnerability indices are obtained. Finally, a typical area of Fujian is taken as an example to carry out empirical analysis. The results show that this method is feasible in multi-disaster coupled physical vulnerability assessment and improves the accuracy of assessment.
