不同揮發(fā)分煤塵層最低著火溫度變化規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)煤化工等行業(yè)的沉積煤塵熱自燃問(wèn)題,運(yùn)用煤塵層最低著火溫度測(cè)試系統(tǒng),研究了不同揮發(fā)分煤塵層的著火狀態(tài)、不同揮發(fā)分及不同厚度煤塵層最低著火溫度的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:煤塵層厚度為5 mm時(shí),揮發(fā)分質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)大于35%的煤塵在較低溫度便出現(xiàn)著火現(xiàn)象,肉眼很容易觀察到火星的出現(xiàn),溫度曲線波動(dòng)劇烈,而對(duì)于揮發(fā)分質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)小于15%的煤塵,通過(guò)煤塵層內(nèi)部"溫度達(dá)到450℃"來(lái)判斷其著火;在灰分質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)相當(dāng)?shù)那闆r下,煤塵層最低著火溫度隨揮發(fā)分增加呈嚴(yán)格遞減的趨勢(shì)變化;得到了煤塵層厚度和最低著火溫度的函數(shù)關(guān)系式,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)得到了揮發(fā)分質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為37.45%煤塵的重要常數(shù)M和N。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of thermal spontaneous combustion of depositional coal dust in coal chemical industry, the minimum ignition temperature of coal dust layer with different volatile matter, different volatile matter and different thickness coal dust layer are studied by using the minimum ignition temperature test system. The results show that when the thickness of coal dust layer is 5 mm, when the mass fraction of volatile matter is more than 35%, the ignition of coal dust occurs at lower temperature. The appearance of Mars is easy to be observed with the naked eye, and the temperature curve fluctuates sharply. For coal dust with volatile fraction of less than 15%, the ignition is judged by the "temperature of 450 鈩,
