朱仙莊煤礦工作面順層瓦斯抽采方案優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在我國(guó),高瓦斯和具有瓦斯突出危險(xiǎn)性的礦井大約占了所有礦井總量的30%,而且屢次發(fā)生特大嚴(yán)重瓦斯事故和重大瓦斯事故,這類事故到目前為止沒有根本性的處理方案,這勢(shì)必在將來嚴(yán)重影響我國(guó)煤礦安全及生產(chǎn)工作的有序進(jìn)行。 朱仙莊煤礦為煤與瓦斯突出礦井,提高本煤層的瓦斯抽放效果,多年來一直是瓦斯抽放工作中難以解決且在努力解決的問題。如何加大礦井瓦斯抽放力度,研究適合復(fù)雜地質(zhì)條件下礦井瓦斯抽放技術(shù),從根本上防治煤礦瓦斯事故,改善煤礦安全生產(chǎn)條件,實(shí)現(xiàn)抽放瓦斯的綜合利用,是該礦現(xiàn)階段需要首先解決的問題。 本文對(duì)8煤層順層抽采鉆孔的技術(shù)參數(shù)及封孔方法進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化研究。在朱仙莊876工作而地質(zhì)條件和瓦斯賦存現(xiàn)狀研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)抽采鉆孔參數(shù)及封孔方案進(jìn)行了工業(yè)試驗(yàn)。設(shè)計(jì)了8煤層876工作面順層瓦斯抽采鉆孔相關(guān)參數(shù),并對(duì)不同的鉆孔間距、鉆孔孔徑、布置方式及封孔材料鉆孔的單孔瓦斯抽采數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試及分析。分析結(jié)果表明,采用聚胺脂封孔,鉆孔單孔抽采瓦斯衰減系數(shù)最小,鉆孔百米極限抽采量較高及百米抽采率相對(duì)較高;鉆孔口徑相對(duì)較大的鉆孔瓦斯涌出初始流量及瓦斯流量衰減系數(shù)較大;在鉆孔有效抽放時(shí)間內(nèi),當(dāng)抽放時(shí)間相同時(shí),鉆孔間距越小,預(yù)抽率越高。 最終按照《煤礦安全規(guī)程》第一百九十條規(guī)定的指標(biāo)判斷,在該工作面采取的順層預(yù)抽瓦斯防突措施效果比較顯著。876工作面開采范圍之內(nèi)8煤層已經(jīng)基本消除了煤與瓦斯突出危險(xiǎn)性。隨著抽放時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),該項(xiàng)措施的防突效果將會(huì)更加顯著。
[Abstract]:In China, coal mines with high gas and gas outburst risk account for about 30 percent of the total number of mines, and serious gas accidents and major gas accidents occur frequently. So far, there is no fundamental treatment plan for such accidents. This is bound to seriously affect the safety of coal mines and the orderly conduct of production in the future. Zhuxianzhuang coal mine is a coal and gas outburst mine to improve the gas drainage effect in this coal seam, which has been difficult to solve and is hard to solve in the gas drainage work for many years. How to increase the intensity of mine gas drainage, study the mine gas drainage technology suitable for complex geological conditions, prevent and cure coal mine gas accidents fundamentally, improve the safety production conditions of coal mines, and realize the comprehensive utilization of gas drainage. It is the first problem that needs to be solved at the present stage of the mine. In this paper, the technical parameters and sealing method of the borehole in 8 coal seam are optimized. Based on the study of geological conditions and gas occurrence in Zhuxianzhuang 876, industrial tests were carried out on the drilling parameters and sealing scheme. The related parameters of gas drainage borehole in 876 face of No. 8 coal seam are designed, and the data of single hole gas extraction with different borehole spacing, hole aperture, layout and hole sealing material drilling are tested and analyzed. The results show that the gas attenuation coefficient of single borehole is the smallest, the limit extraction capacity of drilling is higher and the extraction rate of 100 meters is relatively high by using polyamine resin to seal holes. The initial flow rate and gas flow attenuation coefficient of the borehole with relatively larger bore diameter are larger; in the effective drainage time of the borehole, the smaller the borehole spacing is, the higher the pre-drainage rate is when the drainage time is the same. Finally judging according to the indexes specified in Article 190 of the Coal Mine Safety regulations, The effect of pre-drainage gas outburst prevention in the face is remarkable. The danger of coal and gas outburst has been basically eliminated in 8 coal seams within the mining range of 876 working face. With the extension of pumping time, the anti-outburst effect of this measure will be more significant.
