【摘要】：針對色連二礦12205工作面頂板上部存在浮煤的特殊情況,從煤自然發(fā)火條件出發(fā),分析了12205工作面收作期間采空區(qū)發(fā)生遺煤自燃的原因,并根據(jù)該工作面的實際情況和各種防火技術(shù)特點,提出了"減少采空區(qū)漏風(fēng)、降低采空區(qū)氧濃度"的防火原則,制定了頂板鋪設(shè)風(fēng)筒布、建黃土隔離墻、注高分子膠體材料、注氮等防火技術(shù)。實踐證明,該套技術(shù)措施有效保障了色連二礦12205工作面的安全收作。
[Abstract]:In view of the special situation of floating coal on the roof of No. 12205 working face in Xilian No.2 Coal Mine, starting from the coal spontaneous combustion condition, the causes of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf during the mining period of 12205 working face are analyzed. According to the actual situation of the working face and the characteristics of various fire prevention techniques, the fire prevention principle of "reducing air leakage in goaf and reducing oxygen concentration in goaf" is put forward, and the roof laying of air pipe cloth, the construction of loess wall and the injection of polymer colloidal material are made. Nitrogen injection and other fire prevention techniques. Practice has proved that this set of technical measures effectively ensures the safety of 12205 working face in Xilian No.2 Coal Mine.
