煤礦安全隱患治理能力評(píng)估與預(yù)測(cè)方法研究

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)煤礦安全隱患排查治理工作的實(shí)際需要,圍繞企業(yè)隱患治理能力及其排查隱患的數(shù)量等展開(kāi)評(píng)估與預(yù)測(cè)方法的研究工作。論文研究工作主要分為三部分:第一部分借鑒軟件能力成熟度模型,提出企業(yè)安全隱患治理能力成熟度概念與模型,并設(shè)計(jì)了煤炭行業(yè)的評(píng)估與預(yù)測(cè)指標(biāo)體系,從橫、縱兩個(gè)方向評(píng)估,,橫向采用專(zhuān)家法和自組織特征映射神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)比評(píng)估企業(yè)間的能力成熟度;縱向基于信息熵衡量企業(yè)自身隱患治理能力的改進(jìn)程度。第二部分針對(duì)企業(yè)所排查出隱患的治理能力,提出單變量的頻分多曲線(xiàn)擬合方法來(lái)評(píng)估企業(yè)未來(lái)可能的隱患治理能力及其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。第三部分提出漸進(jìn)遺忘式在線(xiàn)極速學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)算法,基于第一部分構(gòu)建的指標(biāo)體系,研究企業(yè)安全管理中的相關(guān)因素對(duì)隱患數(shù)量的影響規(guī)律,構(gòu)建基于管理指標(biāo)的隱患數(shù)量預(yù)測(cè)模型。研究主要選擇煤炭行業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)作為評(píng)估與預(yù)測(cè)對(duì)象,并驗(yàn)證本文所研究方法的有效性、適用性。
[Abstract]:In view of the actual needs of the investigation and treatment of coal mine safety hidden dangers, this paper focuses on the evaluation and prediction methods of enterprises' hidden trouble management ability and the quantity of hidden trouble investigation and so on. The research work of this paper is divided into three parts: the first part uses the software capability maturity model for reference, puts forward the concept and model of enterprise security hidden danger management capability maturity, and designs the evaluation and prediction index system of coal industry. The capability maturity of enterprises is evaluated by using expert method and self-organizing feature mapping neural network, and the degree of improvement of hidden trouble management ability is measured based on information entropy. In the second part, aiming at the management ability of hidden trouble, a single variable frequency division multi-curve fitting method is put forward to evaluate the potential hidden trouble management ability and its development trend in the future. The third part puts forward the algorithm of gradual forgetting online extreme speed learning machine. Based on the index system constructed in the first part, the paper studies the influence of related factors in enterprise safety management on the number of hidden dangers. The prediction model of hidden danger quantity based on management index is constructed. The research mainly selects the data of coal industry as the evaluation and prediction object, and verifies the validity and applicability of the method studied in this paper.
