【摘要】：正公安部天津消防研究所研發(fā)了燃爆高純度蒸氣發(fā)生裝置和激光傳導(dǎo)抗干擾點火裝置,與20L球形成一套冷氣溶膠油氣環(huán)境抑爆效能測試裝置。該裝置既保證了測試試驗油氣進樣的均一性和穩(wěn)定性,又消除了超細干粉高速紊流與點火電極摩擦產(chǎn)生的靜電對控制系統(tǒng)的干擾,確保測試結(jié)果準確、可靠。同時,測試裝置增設(shè)了三路配氣系統(tǒng),可實現(xiàn)多種可燃氣體與抑爆粉體混合物的
[Abstract]:Tianjin Fire Control Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security has developed a high-purity vapor generator and a laser conduction anti-jamming ignition device, which, together with 20L ball, form a set of test devices for the explosion suppression effectiveness of cold aerosol in oil and gas environment. The device not only guarantees the uniformity and stability of the test oil and gas injection, but also eliminates the electrostatic interference caused by high-speed turbulent flow of ultrafine dry powder and ignited electrode friction to the control system, and ensures the accuracy and reliability of the test results. At the same time, a three-way gas distribution system is added to the test device, which can realize the mixture of various combustible gases and explosive suppression powder.
