基于QAR數(shù)據(jù)的飛行操作模式及其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析

【摘要】:QAR海量數(shù)據(jù)分析是航空安全管理的一個(gè)重要課題,準(zhǔn)確而高效地挖掘其中蘊(yùn)含的飛行操作模式、評(píng)估其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平,是切實(shí)提高飛行操作品質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵。然而,飛行過(guò)程中飛行員需要根據(jù)動(dòng)態(tài)變化的環(huán)境條件、飛機(jī)狀態(tài),對(duì)油門(mén)、桿、盤(pán)、舵等設(shè)備進(jìn)行操作,是一個(gè)需要不斷調(diào)整、相互配合的過(guò)程,這增加了對(duì)飛行操作模式及其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析的難度。本文從飛行參數(shù)多元時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)的特征提取及相似性度量入手,通過(guò)聚類(lèi)挖掘蘊(yùn)含的飛行操作模式,進(jìn)而,通過(guò)分析飛行操作模式與QAR監(jiān)控指標(biāo)值之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,量化不同飛行操作模式的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平。最后,本文以首都機(jī)場(chǎng)特定機(jī)型著陸階段QAR實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)為例,驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:QAR magnanimity data analysis is an important subject in aviation safety management. Accurately and efficiently mining the flight operation mode and evaluating its risk level is the key to improve flight operation quality. However, during the flight, the pilot needs to operate the accelerator, rod, plate, rudder and other equipment according to the dynamic changing environmental conditions, the status of the aircraft, and so on. It is a process that needs to be adjusted and coordinated with each other. This makes it more difficult to analyze the flight operation mode and its risks. This paper starts with feature extraction and similarity measurement of flight parameter multivariate time series data, mining flight operation mode by clustering, and then analyzes the relationship between flight operation mode and QAR monitoring index. Quantify the risk levels of different flight modes. Finally, this paper takes the actual data of QAR in the landing stage of specific aircraft at Capital Airport as an example to verify the validity of the model.
