基于路況屬性的高速公路應(yīng)急救援路徑?jīng)Q策

【摘要】:闡述高速公路應(yīng)急救援調(diào)度模式。選取高速公路路徑里程作為靜態(tài)路況屬性指標(biāo),依據(jù)高速公路聯(lián)網(wǎng)收費(fèi)數(shù)據(jù),以救援所處時(shí)段內(nèi)的實(shí)時(shí)路況作為動(dòng)態(tài)路況屬性指標(biāo),對(duì)其無(wú)量綱化處理,運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)路況屬性加權(quán),得到相應(yīng)的路況屬性值。通過(guò)實(shí)例分析驗(yàn)證路徑選擇方法的可行性。結(jié)果表明:良好的救援路徑應(yīng)具備行駛里程短、動(dòng)態(tài)路況影響小的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the mode of expressway emergency rescue and dispatch. Selecting highway route mileage as static road condition attribute index, according to expressway network toll data, taking the real-time road condition in the period of rescue as dynamic road condition attribute index, processing its dimensionless, The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to weight the road condition attribute, and the corresponding road condition attribute value is obtained. The feasibility of the path selection method is verified by an example. The results show that a good rescue route should have the characteristics of short mileage and less influence on dynamic road conditions.
