內(nèi)部性、多重道德風險與安全規(guī)制——基于內(nèi)部小團體的視角

【摘要】:"多重道德風險"概念的提出,基于內(nèi)部性、雙向道德風險與安全規(guī)制方面的已有研究。在相互聯(lián)系的兩個完全合約關(guān)系中,信息優(yōu)勢方(顯性主體或隱性主體)可能會對不同締約方都采取機會主義行為。在同質(zhì)生產(chǎn)者與異質(zhì)生產(chǎn)者兩種情形下,當生產(chǎn)者(工作場所)安全和產(chǎn)品安全兩種合約相互聯(lián)系時,多重道德風險會引發(fā)內(nèi)部性問題。從內(nèi)部小團體視角出發(fā),結(jié)合錦標賽、聲譽、信息披露和內(nèi)部人舉報等情境,可以"機制設(shè)計"為抓手,調(diào)動"內(nèi)部小團體"的積極性,解決多重道德風險內(nèi)部性問題的安全規(guī)制問題。
[Abstract]:The concept of "multiple moral hazard" is put forward, based on internality, bidirectional moral hazard and safety regulation have been studied. In the two complete contract relationships, the dominant party (dominant or implicit subject) may take opportunistic behavior against different parties. In the case of homogeneous producer and heterogeneous producer, when producer (workplace) safety and product safety contract are interrelated, multiple moral hazard will lead to internal problems. From the perspective of internal small groups, combined with situations such as tournaments, reputation, information disclosure and insider reporting, "mechanism design" can be used to mobilize the enthusiasm of "internal small groups." To solve the internal problem of multiple moral hazard safety regulation.
