煤礦瓦斯爆炸應(yīng)急救援組織管理研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, the disaster characteristics and evolution law of coal mine gas explosion are summarized. Secondly, based on the time series, the coal mine emergency rescue system is constructed, the structure of the coal mine emergency rescue system is regarded as the information structure, and the organization structure is abstracted into the network from the view of the information system. Find out the order and flexibility of coal mine emergency rescue system, introduce the brittleness theory of complex system, then analyze the brittleness of coal mine emergency rescue system, combine C2 organization design theory, put forward the design method of coal mine emergency rescue organization in wartime. The C3 model of coal mine emergency rescue organization structure is established, and the testing method of coal mine emergency rescue organization efficiency is put forward, and the practical application research is carried out. Finally, according to the task decomposition principle and the decomposition method, the rescue target after coal mine gas explosion is decomposed into several sub-tasks, the sub-task classification model is established, and the priority order of sub-task execution is determined. All the combat units involved in emergency rescue are brought into battlefield management, and the dynamic monitoring and early warning mechanism of underground disaster environment is established to obtain, process, transmit and analyze the environmental information of emergency rescue scene in real time. The dynamic mobilization of rescue forces has been realized.
