新型腳手架施工方案防火安全性

【摘要】:提出鋼材踏板與竹枋踏板間隔布置的新型腳手架,針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)腳手架、新型腳手架兩種施工方案分別設(shè)計(jì)火災(zāi)場(chǎng)景,從溫度和熱流量?jī)煞矫孢M(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析。結(jié)果表明,傳統(tǒng)腳手架施工方案中,距離著火層1.8m處的踏板在模擬時(shí)間400s內(nèi)最高溫度超過300℃,熱流量超過16kW/m2;新型腳手架施工方案中,距離著火層3.6 m處的踏板在模擬時(shí)間400s內(nèi)最高溫度低于250℃,熱流量低于5kW/m2。根據(jù)相關(guān)判據(jù),傳統(tǒng)腳手架被點(diǎn)燃的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高,而新型腳手架被點(diǎn)燃的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較低。新型腳手架施工方案由于采用了不燃的鋼材踏板作為阻隔,有效地降低了火災(zāi)在豎向的蔓延風(fēng)險(xiǎn),較傳統(tǒng)腳手架施工方案有更好的防火安全性。
[Abstract]:A new type of scaffold with steel pedal and bamboo fangfang pedal is put forward. According to the traditional scaffold and the new scaffold, the fire scene is designed separately, and the numerical simulation analysis is carried out from two aspects of temperature and heat flux.
