【摘要】：為了掌握公路隧道鉆爆法施工粉塵濃度的分布規(guī)律,以某大斷面隧道出渣過程為研究對象,首先布置測點并現(xiàn)場采樣測定粉塵濃度;然后基于測定結(jié)果,利用GAMBIT進行建模,通過FLUENT數(shù)值模擬軟件對出渣過程粉塵運動規(guī)律進行數(shù)值模擬,并將FLUENT模擬出的結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場實測結(jié)果進行比較。結(jié)果表明:渦流區(qū)粉塵濃度相對較高,裝渣處粉塵濃度最高;隨著距掌子面距離的增加粉塵濃度呈逐步下降的趨勢。本研究為更好的控制隧道內(nèi)粉塵濃度提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the distribution law of dust concentration in highway tunnel construction by drilling and blasting method, taking the slagging process of a large section tunnel as the research object, the measurement points are first arranged and the dust concentration is sampled on the spot, and then based on the measurement results, the GAMBIT is used to model the dust concentration. The law of dust movement in slag extraction process was simulated by FLUENT software, and the results of FLUENT simulation were compared with the measured results in the field. The results show that the dust concentration in swirl zone is relatively high, and the dust concentration in slag loading area is the highest, and the dust concentration decreases gradually with the increase of distance from the face of the palm. This study provides a theoretical basis for better control of dust concentration in tunnels.
