散狀物料斜面出流下落過(guò)程流動(dòng)特性研究

【摘要】:利用DPM-CFD模型對(duì)斜面出流散狀物料下落過(guò)程中氣流速度的分布規(guī)律、顆粒的擴(kuò)散和運(yùn)動(dòng)特性進(jìn)行了研究.研究發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著下落高度的增加空氣流速先增后減,且顆粒流周圍有明顯的渦流產(chǎn)生.顆粒流質(zhì)量流量和初始速度增加均會(huì)導(dǎo)致空氣速度的峰值及偏移位移增加.顆粒流質(zhì)量流量對(duì)空氣速度峰值的影響較大;而出流速度對(duì)空氣速度峰值偏移位移的影響較大.同時(shí),顆粒流質(zhì)量流量和初始速度也使顆粒物濃度峰值的偏移位移有所增加,但增大質(zhì)量流量會(huì)導(dǎo)致濃度峰值增加,而初始速度的增加則會(huì)減小濃度峰值.顆粒物的質(zhì)量流量和初始速度對(duì)濃度峰值的影響程度相當(dāng),而顆粒流初始速度對(duì)峰值偏移位移的影響程度略大于質(zhì)量流量.
[Abstract]:DPM-CFD model was used to study the distribution of gas velocity, particle diffusion and motion characteristics during the falling process of oblique outflow material. It is found that the velocity of air increases first and then decreases with the increase of falling height, and there is an obvious eddy current around the particle flow. The increase of mass flow rate and initial velocity of particle flow will increase the peak value of air velocity and offset displacement. The mass flow rate of particle flow has a great influence on the peak value of air velocity, while the velocity of outlet flow has a great effect on the shift displacement of the peak value of air velocity. At the same time, the mass flow rate and initial velocity of particle flow also increase the shift displacement of the peak concentration of particulate matter, but the increase of mass flow rate will lead to the increase of peak concentration, and the increase of initial velocity will decrease the peak value of concentration. The influence of particle mass flow rate and initial velocity on the peak concentration is similar, while the influence of initial particle flow velocity on peak migration displacement is slightly greater than that of mass flow rate.
