檸條塔礦采空區(qū)水浸煤自燃特性參數(shù)及早期預(yù)報(bào)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:檸條塔煤礦屬近距離煤層群開采,經(jīng)過(guò)回采后的上部煤層的采空區(qū)存在大量積水,對(duì)下部煤層開采前,需要對(duì)上部煤層采空區(qū)進(jìn)行探放水,在排放水過(guò)程中若漏風(fēng)供氧量較大,易造成上部采空區(qū)水浸浮煤自燃,嚴(yán)重地威脅到礦井的安全生產(chǎn)。因此,研究檸條塔礦采空區(qū)水浸煤自燃早期預(yù)報(bào)技術(shù)對(duì)提高礦井的安全生產(chǎn)水平有非常重要的意義。本文以檸條塔2-2水浸煤為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)煤程序升溫實(shí)驗(yàn)和大型自然發(fā)火實(shí)驗(yàn),著重對(duì)煤自燃過(guò)程中的特征溫度、氣體濃度等特性參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析研究;利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析的方法對(duì)最易造成煤樣自燃的含水率的煤樣進(jìn)行了分析,確定了檸條塔礦煤自然發(fā)火早期預(yù)報(bào)指標(biāo),并建立了煤自然發(fā)火分級(jí)預(yù)警體系;根據(jù)本文研究獲得的水浸煤自燃極限參數(shù),結(jié)合礦井采空區(qū)煤自燃三帶范圍,確定了采空區(qū)溫度和氣體監(jiān)測(cè)測(cè)點(diǎn)的布置方案;利用光纖測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)和束管監(jiān)測(cè)系對(duì)采空區(qū)溫度和氣體進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),結(jié)合預(yù)報(bào)指標(biāo)對(duì)采空區(qū)自然發(fā)火狀況進(jìn)行了早期預(yù)報(bào)。主要結(jié)論有:(1)通過(guò)程序升溫實(shí)驗(yàn),確定了不同含水率煤樣自燃過(guò)程中溫度和氣體等特性參數(shù)。不同含水率的煤樣升溫過(guò)程產(chǎn)生的CO、CO2等氣體濃度與煤溫總體呈指數(shù)規(guī)律變化;C2H4與C2H6氣體均在煤溫升到70℃左右才出現(xiàn),兩種氣體產(chǎn)生量隨煤溫也大致呈規(guī)指數(shù)規(guī)律變化;含水率13.67%的煤樣最易導(dǎo)致煤自然發(fā)火。(2)基于煤自燃指標(biāo)氣體的選取原則,先對(duì)煤自燃過(guò)程中的氣體指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了定性分析,再利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法,通過(guò)定量分析確定了檸條塔水浸煤自燃早期預(yù)報(bào)的氣體指標(biāo)。將低溫階段水浸煤自燃分為三個(gè)階段,指標(biāo)氣體為CO和C2H4,并以指標(biāo)氣體和與煤溫相對(duì)應(yīng)的氣體濃度作為指標(biāo)建立了煤自然發(fā)火分級(jí)預(yù)警體系。(3)依據(jù)煤自然發(fā)火實(shí)驗(yàn)所得到的極限參數(shù)及礦井三帶劃分資料,確定了檸條塔礦N1116采空區(qū)煤自然發(fā)火動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)方案;利用分布式光纖測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)和束管監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)同時(shí)測(cè)得溫度數(shù)據(jù)和氣體數(shù)據(jù),并與本文確定的早期預(yù)報(bào)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,結(jié)果與實(shí)際相符,初步驗(yàn)證了早期預(yù)報(bào)的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Caragana tower coal mine belongs to the close distance coal seam group mining. After mining, there is a lot of water in the goaf of the upper coal seam after mining. Before mining the lower coal seam, it is necessary to explore and discharge water in the upper coal seam goaf, and if the air leakage supply oxygen quantity is large in the process of discharging water, It is easy to cause spontaneous combustion of floating coal in the upper goaf, which seriously threatens the safety of mine production. Therefore, it is very important to study the early prediction technology of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf of Caragana Tower Mine. In this paper, taking Caragana Caragana Tower-2-2 as the research object, the characteristic temperature, gas concentration and other characteristic parameters in the process of spontaneous combustion of coal are analyzed and studied through the experiments of coal programmed heating and large-scale spontaneous combustion. The method of grey correlation analysis is used to analyze the coal samples which are most likely to cause spontaneous combustion of coal samples, and the early prediction index of coal spontaneous combustion in Caragana Tower Mine is determined, and the classification and early warning system of coal spontaneous combustion is established. According to the limit parameters of coal spontaneous combustion obtained in this paper, combined with the range of three zones of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf, the layout scheme of goaf temperature and gas monitoring measuring points is determined. The temperature and gas in goaf are monitored in real time by using optical fiber temperature measurement system and beam tube monitoring system, and the spontaneous combustion condition in goaf is forecasted in the combination of prediction index. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the temperature and gas characteristics of coal samples with different moisture content are determined by programmed temperature test. The concentration of CO,CO2 and coal temperature of coal samples with different moisture content increased exponentially. The gas of C _ 2H _ 4 and C2H6 did not appear until the coal temperature increased to 70 鈩,
