毛細管柱氣相色譜法測定工作場所空氣中環(huán)己酮

【摘要】:目的建立工作場所空氣中環(huán)己酮的毛細管柱氣相色譜測定方法。方法采用活性炭管采集空氣樣品,以二硫化碳解吸,經(jīng)FFAP毛細管色譜柱分離后,以火焰離子化檢測器檢測,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線法定量。結(jié)果環(huán)己酮在質(zhì)量濃度為10.00~1 000.00 mg/L時呈線性關(guān)系,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.999 9,檢出限和定量下限分別為1.31和4.37 mg/L,最低檢出濃度和最低定量濃度分別為4.37和13.11 mg/m~3(以采集1.5 L工作場所空氣計算);平均解吸效率為95.80%~97.88%。批內(nèi)、批間相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差分別為0.52%~3.12%和3.28%~4.75%。樣品在室溫下可保存7 d。結(jié)論本方法操作簡單、準(zhǔn)確度高,適用于大批量樣品的測定。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a capillary column gas chromatography method for the determination of cyclohexanone in workplace air. Methods the air samples were collected by activated carbon tube and desorbed by carbon disulfide. The samples were separated by FFAP capillary column and detected by flame ionization detector. Results there was a linear relationship between cyclohexanone and cyclohexanone at 000.00 mg/L. The correlation coefficient was 0.999, the detection limit and the lower limit of quantification were 1.31 and 4.37 mg/L, respectively, the minimum detectable concentration and the minimum quantitative concentration were 4.37 and 13.11 mg/m~3, respectively, and the average desorption efficiency was 95.80 and 97.88, respectively. The relative standard deviations between batches were 0.52% and 3.28%, respectively. The samples can be preserved for 7 days at room temperature. Conclusion this method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of mass samples.
