引射流體粘度對(duì)水力引射器引射系數(shù)的影響研究

【摘要】:水力引射器在煤礦井下引射泡沫劑、濕潤劑等粘度較高的化學(xué)添加劑時(shí),其引射系數(shù)與設(shè)計(jì)值的偏差較大。從水力引射器吸液段阻力與粘度、流動(dòng)阻力損失對(duì)引射系數(shù)的影響等方面進(jìn)行理論分析,并以清水和不同濃度泡沫添加劑為試驗(yàn)介質(zhì),開展了流體粘度對(duì)引射系數(shù)的影響試驗(yàn),測試結(jié)果表明:理論計(jì)算和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果較為吻合,引射流體粘度對(duì)水力引射器引射系數(shù)的影響較大?蔀槊嫦蚋哒扯纫淞黧w的水力引射器的設(shè)計(jì)和使用提供參考。
[Abstract]:When hydraulic injector injects foam agent, wetting agent and other chemical additives with high viscosity in coal mine, its ejection coefficient deviates greatly from the design value. The influence of fluid viscosity on ejection coefficient was analyzed theoretically from the aspects of resistance and viscosity in the suction section of hydraulic injector, and the influence of fluid viscosity on ejection coefficient was tested with clear water and foam additives of different concentrations. The test results show that the theoretical calculation is in good agreement with the experimental results, and the injective fluid viscosity has a great influence on the ejection coefficient of the hydraulic injector. It can provide reference for the design and application of hydraulic ejector for high viscosity ejector.
