煤自燃降溫過程實驗研究

【摘要】:為研究煤自燃后火區(qū)降溫過程,使用XK-Ⅶ型煤低溫自然發(fā)火實驗臺對煤樣的自然升溫、降溫過程進行模擬實驗。對比分析了升溫過程和降溫過程的煤溫、高溫點運移、指標氣體及氣體比值的變化規(guī)律。實驗結果表明:煤自燃升溫過程和降溫過程具有非對稱性;升溫階段與降溫階段溫度變化規(guī)律均具有分段性;降溫階段高溫點向回風側深部移動,與升溫階段相反;烷烴氣體降溫階段的消失溫度較升溫階段的出現(xiàn)溫度高;降溫過程中CO/O_2、CO_2/CO比值較升溫階段對應溫度大。
