紫金金雞嶺尾礦庫在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:金屬與非金屬礦山是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的高危行業(yè),尾礦庫是金屬與非金屬礦山安全生產(chǎn)的重要環(huán)節(jié),也是該領(lǐng)域的重大危險(xiǎn)源之一。因此,設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)適用于尾礦庫的在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)具有十分重要的意義。本文根據(jù)紫金礦業(yè)金雞嶺尾礦庫安全管理的需求,設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)了一套尾礦庫在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。 首先,本文系統(tǒng)的介紹了尾礦庫監(jiān)測技術(shù)的來源背景,以及國內(nèi)外對尾礦庫監(jiān)測技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀。其次,根據(jù)紫金礦業(yè)金雞嶺尾礦庫對監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的需求分析,構(gòu)建了尾礦庫在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)和方案。整個(gè)在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)由監(jiān)測子系統(tǒng)和后臺(tái)管理系統(tǒng)組成。監(jiān)測子系統(tǒng)主要包括庫水位監(jiān)測、干灘監(jiān)測、滲壓(浸潤線)監(jiān)測、壩體位移監(jiān)測、降雨量監(jiān)測和高清視頻監(jiān)測等。后臺(tái)管理系統(tǒng)基于.NET平臺(tái)開發(fā),,主要完成數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理、安全狀況評價(jià)與預(yù)警以及系統(tǒng)管理等功能。第三,根據(jù)傳感器的接口特性以及信息傳輸需求,基于嵌入式技術(shù)和硬件集成技術(shù),采用高性能STM32F103VC作為核心板,開發(fā)了適用于尾礦庫在線監(jiān)測的數(shù)據(jù)采集終端設(shè)備。該采集終端可接入多種類型傳感器信號,通過有線或無線的形式傳給上位機(jī),同時(shí)也可接收上位機(jī)的命令對傳感器數(shù)據(jù)采集進(jìn)行控制。 該系統(tǒng)已在紫金礦業(yè)金雞嶺尾礦庫投入使用。運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行正常,各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)達(dá)到了相關(guān)規(guī)范和預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:Metal and non-metal mines are high risk industries in industrial production. Tailing is an important link in safe production of metal and non-metal mines, and it is also one of the major hazard sources in this field. Therefore, it is of great significance to design and develop an online monitoring system for tailings storage. According to the requirement of safety management of Jinjiling tailings in Zijin mining industry, an online monitoring system for tailing is designed and developed in this paper. First of all, this paper systematically introduces the source background of the tailing reservoir monitoring technology, as well as the domestic and foreign research status of the tailing reservoir monitoring technology. Secondly, according to the requirement analysis of Jinjiling tailing of Zijin mining industry, the overall structure and scheme of on-line monitoring system of tailing are constructed. The whole online monitoring system consists of monitoring subsystem and background management system. The monitoring subsystem mainly includes reservoir water level monitoring dry beach monitoring seepage pressure (infiltration line) monitoring dam displacement monitoring rainfall monitoring and high-definition video monitoring. The background management system is based on. Net platform. It mainly completes the functions of data acquisition and processing, security evaluation and early warning, system management and so on. Thirdly, according to the interface characteristic of sensor and the requirement of information transmission, based on embedded technology and hardware integration technology, the data acquisition terminal equipment suitable for online monitoring of tailings reservoir is developed by using high performance STM32F103VC as core board. The data acquisition terminal can connect various sensor signals and transmit them to the host computer by wire or wireless. At the same time, it can also receive commands from the upper computer to control the sensor data acquisition. The system has been put into use in Jinjiling tailings of Zijin mining industry. The operation results show that the system is running normally and the technical specifications meet the requirements of related specifications and expected design.
