紫金金雞嶺尾礦庫在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:Metal and non-metal mines are high risk industries in industrial production. Tailing is an important link in safe production of metal and non-metal mines, and it is also one of the major hazard sources in this field. Therefore, it is of great significance to design and develop an online monitoring system for tailings storage. According to the requirement of safety management of Jinjiling tailings in Zijin mining industry, an online monitoring system for tailing is designed and developed in this paper. First of all, this paper systematically introduces the source background of the tailing reservoir monitoring technology, as well as the domestic and foreign research status of the tailing reservoir monitoring technology. Secondly, according to the requirement analysis of Jinjiling tailing of Zijin mining industry, the overall structure and scheme of on-line monitoring system of tailing are constructed. The whole online monitoring system consists of monitoring subsystem and background management system. The monitoring subsystem mainly includes reservoir water level monitoring dry beach monitoring seepage pressure (infiltration line) monitoring dam displacement monitoring rainfall monitoring and high-definition video monitoring. The background management system is based on. Net platform. It mainly completes the functions of data acquisition and processing, security evaluation and early warning, system management and so on. Thirdly, according to the interface characteristic of sensor and the requirement of information transmission, based on embedded technology and hardware integration technology, the data acquisition terminal equipment suitable for online monitoring of tailings reservoir is developed by using high performance STM32F103VC as core board. The data acquisition terminal can connect various sensor signals and transmit them to the host computer by wire or wireless. At the same time, it can also receive commands from the upper computer to control the sensor data acquisition. The system has been put into use in Jinjiling tailings of Zijin mining industry. The operation results show that the system is running normally and the technical specifications meet the requirements of related specifications and expected design.
