【摘要】：金施爾康片是中美上海施貴寶制藥有限公司的主要產(chǎn)品,一旦在生產(chǎn)過程中發(fā)生安全事故,會(huì)造成巨大的人身財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。 本文針對(duì)金施爾康的生產(chǎn)工藝的過程及安全特征,對(duì)重大危險(xiǎn)源進(jìn)行了分析及辨識(shí)。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,選擇了合適的安全評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)金施爾康的生產(chǎn)工藝的安全性開展了安全評(píng)價(jià),研究中利用假設(shè)分析(如果….那么….)方法,通過小組討論,頭腦風(fēng)暴等形式,具體分析每一步可能存在的危險(xiǎn)、有害因素,可能產(chǎn)生的后果。并基于此,合理制定了安全措施或減少風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的措施,落實(shí)了安全責(zé)任部門。論文針對(duì)金施爾康生產(chǎn)過程中主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)-粉塵爆炸,開展了粉塵爆炸試驗(yàn)研究,并根據(jù)粉塵的爆炸特性的測(cè)試結(jié)果,運(yùn)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣法進(jìn)行安全分析及評(píng)價(jià),合理制定了減少風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的措施。 本文所提出的分析方法具有普遍適用性,可運(yùn)用于一般制劑藥品生產(chǎn)過程的安全分析。
