基于機械造穴的鉆孔瓦斯強化抽采技術研究

【摘要】:為了提高高瓦斯低透氣性煤層瓦斯抽采效果,在借鑒煤層氣洞穴完井工藝的基礎上,提出了基于機械造穴方法的鉆孔強化瓦斯抽采技術,利用四連桿機構原理研制成功了一套針對井下抽采鉆孔的專用機械造穴設備。以蘆嶺煤礦Ⅲ1013工作面為例,利用該設備施工了4組造穴鉆孔,并對瓦斯抽采參數進行了連續(xù)監(jiān)測和統(tǒng)計分析。試驗結果表明:利用機械造穴設備可在抽采鉆孔內形成直徑600 mm的洞穴,機械造穴技術能夠明顯提高鉆孔瓦斯抽采效果,與同一地點的普通瓦斯抽采鉆孔相比,造穴試驗孔單孔瓦斯抽采濃度提高了2.73~3.39倍,純瓦斯流量提高了2.63~5.11倍。
