基于機械造穴的鉆孔瓦斯強化抽采技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:為了提高高瓦斯低透氣性煤層瓦斯抽采效果,在借鑒煤層氣洞穴完井工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于機械造穴方法的鉆孔強化瓦斯抽采技術(shù),利用四連桿機構(gòu)原理研制成功了一套針對井下抽采鉆孔的專用機械造穴設備。以蘆嶺煤礦Ⅲ1013工作面為例,利用該設備施工了4組造穴鉆孔,并對瓦斯抽采參數(shù)進行了連續(xù)監(jiān)測和統(tǒng)計分析。試驗結(jié)果表明:利用機械造穴設備可在抽采鉆孔內(nèi)形成直徑600 mm的洞穴,機械造穴技術(shù)能夠明顯提高鉆孔瓦斯抽采效果,與同一地點的普通瓦斯抽采鉆孔相比,造穴試驗孔單孔瓦斯抽采濃度提高了2.73~3.39倍,純瓦斯流量提高了2.63~5.11倍。
