高壓氮?dú)庵铝言鐾笇?shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以氣體射流沖擊和高壓氮?dú)獾臏?zhǔn)靜態(tài)膨脹作用理論為基礎(chǔ),自主研制了高壓氮?dú)獗浦铝衙簬r體實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),開展了不同氮?dú)鈮毫?5、7.5、10 MPa)和不同高壓容器體積(1、2、3 L)條件下的高壓氮?dú)獗浦铝褜?shí)驗(yàn),以獲得煤巖體在高壓氮?dú)獗浦铝堰^程中的動(dòng)態(tài)變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:隨著氮?dú)鈮毫Φ奶岣?試塊從最初的縱向主裂紋擴(kuò)展為縱橫2條主裂紋,次生裂紋更加發(fā)育,試塊的裂紋增多、破碎度和裂紋擴(kuò)展斷裂區(qū)增大;同等壓力下,隨著高壓容器體積的增大,試塊主裂紋長度明顯增加,次生裂紋擴(kuò)展受到抑制。由高壓氮?dú)獗浦铝训膒-t曲線分析,可將高壓氮?dú)獗浦铝堰^程根據(jù)其特點(diǎn)的不同分為3個(gè)階段:氣體射流沖擊階段、起裂階段和斷裂階段。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of gas jet impingement and quasi-static expansion of high pressure nitrogen gas, an experimental system for cracking coal and rock mass by high pressure nitrogen blasting was developed. In order to obtain the dynamic variation of coal and rock mass in the process of high pressure nitrogen explosion, the cracking experiments of high pressure nitrogen blasting under different nitrogen pressure (5 ~ 7.5 ~ 10 MPa) and different high pressure vessel volume (1 ~ 2 ~ 3 ~ 3 L) were carried out in order to obtain the dynamic change of coal and rock mass in the process of high pressure nitrogen explosion. The results show that with the increase of nitrogen pressure, the specimen grows from the initial longitudinal main crack to the longitudinal and horizontal two main cracks, and the secondary crack is more developed, the crack of the specimen increases, the fracture degree and crack propagate fracture zone increases, and at the same pressure, With the increase of the volume of the high pressure vessel, the length of the main crack increases obviously, and the growth of the secondary crack is restrained. According to the analysis of p-t curve of high pressure nitrogen blasting, the fracturing process of high pressure nitrogen blasting can be divided into three stages according to its characteristics: gas jet impingement stage, initiation stage and fracture stage.
