南通航母公園涉水工程方案通航風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析

【摘要】:為保障南通航母公園涉水工程順利實(shí)施,根據(jù)長(zhǎng)江口特定的水文、氣象,及通航環(huán)境特點(diǎn),論證"明斯克"航母系泊港池、臨時(shí)通道及圍堤工程的可行性,分析涉水工程施工及拖帶航母進(jìn)港的通航風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策及通航安全保障措施。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the wading project in Nantong aircraft carrier park, the feasibility of the "Minsk" aircraft carrier mooring pool, temporary passage and embankment project is demonstrated according to the specific hydrological, meteorological and navigable environment characteristics of the Yangtze River Estuary. This paper analyzes the navigable risk of the construction of wading engineering and towing aircraft carrier into port, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and safety measures for navigation.
