我國工業(yè)化進(jìn)程中煤礦安全評價分析

【摘要】:對工業(yè)化進(jìn)程中,即1949-2012年我國煤礦事故進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。建立煤礦安全以自然條件、安全管理和通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的3個層次及21個指標(biāo)的綜合評價體系,給出煤礦安全5個等級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及相應(yīng)的評價指標(biāo)量值。應(yīng)用可拓理論,以平頂山某煤礦為實(shí)例,進(jìn)行計算分析,得出該煤礦等級為Ⅲ級,處于一般安全的狀況,需要采取防范措施預(yù)防潛在危險因素。評價結(jié)果合理。
