溫度對烴類可燃?xì)怏w最小點火能的影響

【摘要】:研究非常溫下溫度對烴類可燃?xì)怏w最小點火能的影響。通過電火花點火方法,以甲烷為試驗氣體測得最小點火能測試系統(tǒng)的敏感條件,驗證測試系統(tǒng)的可靠性。在20~80℃范圍內(nèi)、測試系統(tǒng)可靠、氣體敏感體積分?jǐn)?shù)下,測試烴類可燃?xì)怏w最小點火能隨溫度的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,測試系統(tǒng)的敏感間隙為1.5 mm,敏感電容為60.168p F。試驗測得甲烷最小點火能為0.263 m J,與文獻(xiàn)值0.28 m J基本一致,測試系統(tǒng)可靠性好。丙烯、異丁烯、異丁烷和環(huán)氧乙烷的敏感體積分?jǐn)?shù)分別為4.8%、3.3%、3.2%和8%。在20~80℃范圍內(nèi),這4種烴類氣體的最小點火能都隨溫度升高呈顯著的線性下降趨勢。為避免具有同樣性質(zhì)的可燃?xì)怏w發(fā)生燃燒或爆炸危險,需密切關(guān)注此類氣體自身溫度及其生產(chǎn)、儲存和工業(yè)使用過程的環(huán)境溫度。
