溫度對(duì)烴類可燃?xì)怏w最小點(diǎn)火能的影響

【摘要】:研究非常溫下溫度對(duì)烴類可燃?xì)怏w最小點(diǎn)火能的影響。通過(guò)電火花點(diǎn)火方法,以甲烷為試驗(yàn)氣體測(cè)得最小點(diǎn)火能測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的敏感條件,驗(yàn)證測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的可靠性。在20~80℃范圍內(nèi)、測(cè)試系統(tǒng)可靠、氣體敏感體積分?jǐn)?shù)下,測(cè)試烴類可燃?xì)怏w最小點(diǎn)火能隨溫度的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的敏感間隙為1.5 mm,敏感電容為60.168p F。試驗(yàn)測(cè)得甲烷最小點(diǎn)火能為0.263 m J,與文獻(xiàn)值0.28 m J基本一致,測(cè)試系統(tǒng)可靠性好。丙烯、異丁烯、異丁烷和環(huán)氧乙烷的敏感體積分?jǐn)?shù)分別為4.8%、3.3%、3.2%和8%。在20~80℃范圍內(nèi),這4種烴類氣體的最小點(diǎn)火能都隨溫度升高呈顯著的線性下降趨勢(shì)。為避免具有同樣性質(zhì)的可燃?xì)怏w發(fā)生燃燒或爆炸危險(xiǎn),需密切關(guān)注此類氣體自身溫度及其生產(chǎn)、儲(chǔ)存和工業(yè)使用過(guò)程的環(huán)境溫度。
