變氧濃度環(huán)境下煤自燃特性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目前國內(nèi)外對(duì)煤自燃氧化產(chǎn)物的生成規(guī)律研究大都是在O2濃度為21%的條件下,而對(duì)不同O2濃度條件下氧化產(chǎn)物的生成規(guī)律研究較少。在煤礦井下采空區(qū)自燃帶、封閉火區(qū)等自燃危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域內(nèi),O2濃度通常低于正常大氣中的21%,而自燃火災(zāi)的發(fā)生往往是由該區(qū)域引起的。 本文研究了在21%、17%、13%、9%、5%和3%氧濃度環(huán)境下分別進(jìn)行程序升溫實(shí)驗(yàn),分析出清水營礦煤樣在20℃~220℃溫度范圍內(nèi)自燃產(chǎn)物濃度變化情況,確定CO為檢測自然發(fā)火的標(biāo)志氣體,同時(shí)以CH4、C2H4、C2H6和CO/CO2作為預(yù)警指標(biāo)。并發(fā)現(xiàn)煤樣在不同氧濃度下的臨界溫度點(diǎn)主要集中在60~80℃之間,可見氧氣濃度對(duì)同一煤樣的臨界溫度點(diǎn)沒有明顯影響,氧濃度雖然在一定程度上改變了煤氧復(fù)合反應(yīng)速率,,但是并不能改變其速率明顯提高的起始溫度。通過對(duì)不同氧濃度環(huán)境下煤樣特定溫度耗氧速率進(jìn)行分析,得出同一氧濃度下,耗氧速率隨溫度的升高而增大,前期耗氧速率低、增長慢,后期耗氧速率高增長快;氧濃度的不同會(huì)影響耗氧速率大小,同一溫度下氧濃度高則耗氧速率大,但耗氧速率隨溫度的變化趨勢(shì)不隨氧濃度的變化發(fā)生改變。 通過研究煤自燃程度的特征溫度以及不同氧氣濃度環(huán)境對(duì)煤自燃氧化產(chǎn)物的影響,分析計(jì)算出煤樣耗氧速率、氣體產(chǎn)生速率、放熱強(qiáng)度等自燃特性參數(shù),更準(zhǔn)確掌握實(shí)驗(yàn)煤樣的自燃特性;對(duì)不同氧氣濃度下溫度對(duì)自燃產(chǎn)物濃度及其比值的影響規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析,為更加有效的制定自燃防治措施提供依據(jù),對(duì)煤的自燃預(yù)報(bào)預(yù)測具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the research on the generation law of coal spontaneous combustion oxidation products at home and abroad is under the condition of O2 concentration of 21%, but less on the generation law of oxidation products under the condition of different O2 concentration. The occurrence is often caused by the area.
In this paper, temperature programmed experiments were carried out in 21%, 17%, 13%, 9%, 5% and 3% oxygen concentration environments respectively. The concentration changes of spontaneous combustion products in Qingshuiying Coal Mine were analyzed in the temperature range of 20 ~220 ~C. CO was determined as a marker gas for detecting spontaneous combustion, and CH4, C2H4, C2H6 and CO/CO2 were used as early warning indicators. The critical temperature point under the concentration is mainly between 60 and 80 C. It can be seen that the oxygen concentration has no obvious effect on the critical temperature point of the same coal sample. Although the oxygen concentration has changed the rate of the coal-oxygen complex reaction to a certain extent, it can not change the initial temperature of the rate increase obviously. The analysis of temperature oxygen consumption rate shows that oxygen consumption rate increases with the increase of temperature under the same oxygen concentration, the former is low, the latter is slow, and the latter is high; the different oxygen concentration will affect the oxygen consumption rate, and the higher the oxygen concentration, the higher the oxygen consumption rate, but the oxygen consumption rate does not change with the temperature. The change of oxygen concentration changed.
Through studying the characteristic temperature of coal spontaneous combustion degree and the influence of different oxygen concentration environment on coal spontaneous combustion and oxidation products, the oxygen consumption rate, gas production rate, heat release intensity and other spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters of coal samples were analyzed and calculated, so as to grasp the spontaneous combustion characteristics of experimental coal samples more accurately. The analysis of the influence law of the value provides a basis for more effective formulation of spontaneous combustion prevention measures, and has great significance for the prediction of coal spontaneous combustion.
