【摘要】：為研究不同充裝條件下超細(xì)干粉滅火劑在水平直管內(nèi)的氣固兩相流動(dòng)特性,搭建超細(xì)干粉滅火劑水平直管噴放試驗(yàn)臺(tái),改變充裝比和起始充裝壓力,測(cè)量管內(nèi)的沿程壓力分布,比較噴放流量和氣固比的變化,重點(diǎn)分析了超細(xì)干粉滅火劑在水平管內(nèi)的釋放過(guò)程、沿程壓降和充裝比臨界值。結(jié)果表明,超細(xì)干粉滅火劑的釋放過(guò)程有噴放前期、平穩(wěn)噴放和噴放后期3個(gè)階段,其中平穩(wěn)噴放階段是滅火劑有效作用時(shí)間。沿程壓降幾乎不受滅火劑充裝比的影響,但隨起始充裝壓力增大而增大。此外,噴放流量曲線上的臨界轉(zhuǎn)捩曲線與氣固比計(jì)算值曲線上轉(zhuǎn)捩曲線相吻合,起始充裝壓力為2.5 MPa、4.2 MPa和10 MPa時(shí),噴放流量曲線對(duì)應(yīng)的充裝比臨界值分別為0.412 kg/L、0.439 kg/L和0.458 kg/L。充裝比小于臨界充裝比時(shí),噴放流量隨充裝比增大而減小;充裝比大于臨界充裝比時(shí),噴放流量變化不大。而且臨界充裝比隨充裝壓力單調(diào)遞增。
[Abstract]:In order to study the gas-solid two-phase flow characteristics of superfine dry powder extinguishing agent in horizontal straight pipe under different filling conditions, a test bed for horizontal direct pipe injection of ultra-fine dry powder extinguishing agent was built, and the pressure distribution along the pipe was measured by changing the filling ratio and initial filling pressure. The release process of superfine dry powder fire extinguishing agent in horizontal pipe, the critical value of pressure drop and filling ratio along the horizontal pipe are analyzed by comparing the change of jet discharge flow rate and gas-solid ratio. The results show that the release process of ultrafine dry powder extinguishing agent includes three stages, I. e., the pre-spray stage, the stable spray stage and the later stage, in which the effective action time of the extinguishing agent is stable. The pressure drop along the range is almost independent of the charge ratio of the extinguishing agent, but increases with the increase of the initial filling pressure. In addition, the critical transition curve on the jet discharge flow curve coincides with the transition curve on the gas-solid ratio calculation curve. When the initial filling pressure is 2.5 MPA ~ (2. 2) MPa and 10 MPa, the critical filling ratio corresponding to the injection / discharge flow curve is 0.412 kgL / L 0.439 kg/L and 0.458 kgL / r, respectively. When the filling ratio is less than the critical filling ratio, the ejection flow rate decreases with the increase of the filling ratio, and when the filling ratio is larger than the critical filling ratio, the jet discharge rate does not change much. And the critical filling ratio increases monotonously with the filling pressure.
