煤塵爆炸殘留物特征影響因素研究

【摘要】:為了研究煤塵濃度、煤塵粒徑以及點(diǎn)火能量對煤塵爆炸后氣、固態(tài)殘留物組分特征的影響,利用20L球形爆炸裝置測試系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了煤塵爆炸實(shí)驗,并對爆炸殘留物進(jìn)行了收集與分析。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著煤塵濃度的增加,氣態(tài)殘留物中CO、H_2、CH_4、C_2H_4、C_2H_6及C_3H_8的體積分?jǐn)?shù)逐漸增大,而CO_2先增大后減小,固態(tài)殘留物揮發(fā)分與固定碳含量逐漸增加,灰分含量逐漸減少;煤塵濃度為100g/m~3時,粒徑48~75μm的煤塵爆炸殘留氣體中CO、CO_2、H_2、CH_4等氣體的體積分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)到最大值,煤塵濃度為400g/m~3時,CO、CO_2、H_2、CH_4等氣體的體積分?jǐn)?shù)隨著煤塵粒徑的減小而增大,固態(tài)殘留物揮發(fā)分含量隨煤塵粒徑減小而逐漸減小,灰分含量逐漸增大;隨著點(diǎn)火能量增大,氣態(tài)殘留物中CO、H_2、CH_4、C_2H_6、C_3H_8逐漸升高,固態(tài)殘留物揮發(fā)分與固定碳含量逐漸減小,而灰分含量不斷增大。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of coal dust concentration, particle size and ignition energy on the composition characteristics of gas and solid residues after coal dust explosion, the coal dust explosion experiment was carried out by using a 20L spherical explosive device test system. The explosive residue was collected and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of coal dust concentration, the volume fraction of C2H _ 2C _ 2H _ 6 and C_3H_8 in gas residue increases gradually, while CO_2 increases first and then decreases, the volatile and fixed carbon contents of solid residue increase gradually, and the ash content decreases gradually. When the coal dust concentration is 100 g / m ~ 3, the volume fraction of the gas in the residual gas of coal dust explosion is 4875 渭 m. The volume fraction of the gas, such as COCO2S, H2CH4 and so on, reaches the maximum value, and the volume fraction of the gas such as COCO2CO2Stack-CH4 increases with the decrease of the particle size of the coal dust, and the concentration of coal dust is 400g / m3, and the volume fraction of the gas such as COCOCO2H2SnCH4 increases with the decrease of the particle size. With the decrease of coal particle size, the volatile matter content of solid residue gradually decreases, and the ash content increases gradually. With the increase of ignition energy, COH2H2CH4 and C2H6 C3H8 increase gradually, and the volatile matter of solid residue and the fixed carbon content decrease gradually. The ash content is increasing.
