基于Fluent的城鎮(zhèn)中低壓燃?xì)夤芫噴射火事故的后果研究

【摘要】:為了對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)中低壓燃?xì)夤芫噴射火事故進(jìn)行有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,根據(jù)典型事故案例創(chuàng)建了城鎮(zhèn)路面埋地燃?xì)夤芫泄漏場(chǎng)景,建立模型并劃分網(wǎng)格,使用Fluent進(jìn)行模擬計(jì)算,得到了不同泄漏口孔徑、不同泄漏口形狀、不同管內(nèi)壓力等工況下噴射火的火焰長(zhǎng)度、火焰中心面溫度分布和臨近區(qū)域內(nèi)的熱流密度,并通過(guò)分析不同工況下的火焰形態(tài)和熱輻射分布,探討初始條件對(duì)事故后果的影響程度。結(jié)果表明:此類型噴射火長(zhǎng)度可達(dá)數(shù)十米,火焰最高溫度為2 000 K左右,最高溫度位置的高度不超過(guò)火焰長(zhǎng)度的30%;下風(fēng)向的熱流密度較其他方向更強(qiáng);在50 mm的泄漏口孔徑和0.38 MPa的管內(nèi)壓力下,泄漏口為梭子形,較泄漏口為圓形時(shí)的熱流密度在下風(fēng)向整體大15.2%。最后,根據(jù)模擬結(jié)果構(gòu)建了快速風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the risk of the low pressure gas pipeline injection fire accident in cities and towns, according to the typical accident cases, the leakage scene of the buried gas pipeline on the road surface of the town is established, the model is built and the grid is divided, and the simulation calculation is carried out by using Fluent. The flame length, the temperature distribution of the central surface of the flame and the heat flux density in the adjacent region are obtained under different conditions, such as the aperture of the leak, the shape of the leak and the pressure in the tube. By analyzing the flame shape and thermal radiation distribution under different working conditions, the influence of initial conditions on the accident consequences is discussed. The results show that the length of this type of spray fire can reach tens meters, the maximum temperature of the flame is about 2 000 K, the height of the highest temperature position does not exceed 30% of the flame length, and the heat flux in the downwind direction is stronger than that in other directions. Under the pressure of 0.38 MPa and 50 mm, the leakage nozzle is fusiform, and the heat flux density is 15.22in the whole downwind direction compared with the circular one. Finally, a rapid risk assessment model is constructed according to the simulation results.
