投影尋蹤在瓦斯涌出量預(yù)測(cè)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對(duì)瓦斯涌出量預(yù)測(cè)時(shí)常用的瓦斯監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)降維方法會(huì)不同程度地造成數(shù)據(jù)信息丟失、導(dǎo)致預(yù)測(cè)精度降低的問(wèn)題,利用投影尋蹤原理并結(jié)合差分進(jìn)化算法將高維樣本數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化成1維投影數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用Matlab曲線擬合工具箱建立了一種正弦和函數(shù)瓦斯涌出量預(yù)測(cè)模型。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該模型具有較高的預(yù)測(cè)精度和可操作性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of reducing the dimension of gas monitoring data, which is commonly used in gas emission prediction, it will cause the loss of data information to some extent and lead to the decrease of prediction accuracy. Based on projection pursuit principle and differential evolution algorithm, a prediction model of sinusoidal and functional gas emission is established by using Matlab curve fitting toolbox to transform high-dimensional sample data into 1-dimensional projection data. The experimental results show that the model has high prediction accuracy and maneuverability.
