粉塵云濃度對HDPE粉塵云最低著火溫度的影響

【摘要】:為準(zhǔn)確評價高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)粉塵爆炸敏感性和開展有效的粉塵防爆工作,采用Godbert-Greenwald恒溫爐標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實驗裝置研究了典型HDPE粉塵云最低著火溫度的分布特性,著重探討了粉塵云濃度對不同噴塵壓力條件下HDPE粉塵云最低著火溫度的影響規(guī)律。研究表明:測試條件下HDPE粉塵云最低著火溫度的變化處于360~445℃范圍,隨粉塵云濃度的增加呈現(xiàn)先降低后升高的總體趨勢,粉塵云濃度為1.111 kg/m~3時出現(xiàn)拐點,且粉塵云最低著火溫度隨噴塵壓力的增加而降低。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate accurately the sensitivity of (HDPE) dust explosion and to carry out effective dust explosion prevention work, the distribution characteristics of the minimum ignition temperature of typical HDPE dust cloud were studied by using the standard experimental device of Godbert-Greenwald constant temperature furnace. The effect of dust cloud concentration on the minimum ignition temperature of HDPE dust cloud under different dust injection pressure was discussed. The results show that the minimum ignition temperature of HDPE dust cloud is in the range of 360 鈩,
