火區(qū)隔離技術(shù)在淺埋深煤層礦井中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為防止鄰近礦井火區(qū)影響板定梁塔煤礦井下安全生產(chǎn),利用采空區(qū)三維激光掃描技術(shù)、地面鉆孔和灌注塑性水玻璃凝膠及天固充填材料,在板定梁塔煤礦井田邊界成功構(gòu)筑了1道防火隔離墻。通過分析鉆孔內(nèi)氣體溫度和CO濃度變化趨勢,考察了火區(qū)的隔離效果,結(jié)果表明:隔離區(qū)域內(nèi)的檢測鉆孔內(nèi)氣體溫度由66℃下降至36℃,CO體積分?jǐn)?shù)由593×10~(-6)降至34×10~(-6)以下,有效阻止了朱家溝煤礦露天剝離開挖火區(qū)向板定梁塔煤礦井田蔓延。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent the nearby mine fire area from affecting the safe production of Banding Liangta Coal Mine, the goaf 3D laser scanning technology, the plastic water glass gel and the filling material of the ground drilling and pouring are used.
